Competition Time! Busy Bee Bundle

Time for a little competition.

To celebrate the launch of my 'Hi Honey' hand embroidery pattern, I would like one lucky person to win a rather rare printed copy of it and not only that one of my equally rare mini button needlecases. So you have somewhere to store your needles whilst you stitch the pattern. The winner will also get some other little goodies too.

If you would like to enter, simply leave a comment on this blog post and when you do why not answer the following silly question, if you had a pet Bumble Bee, what would you call it?

I'd either call it Fuzzy or Bob.

Deadline for entries is the 1st October 2012, so don't delay enter today!

Niggly Bits
I am sorry I can't accept anonymous comments as entries
---
It's open to anyone, where ever you are in the World
---
I will be randomly selecting a winner using the random.org generator when the competition ends, winners will be announced here and on my Facebook page, so make sure your following them both :)

Keep on Making

On a bit of a roll this weekend though the time seems to be going past quicker than I would like, and I still feel rotten. Last night seemed to inspire me to keep making I listed a picture of my recently made clock on Tumblr, and even now it's getting reblogged and liked, currently at 141 notes?! Not only that one of the lovely peeps who liked it purchased it as well. Will be winging its way to OZ tomorrow. =D

So this morning I decided to use up more of my lovely stash, the stuff I've been holding onto for reasons only known by me, so here is an extra special sparkly needle case. Adorned as you can see by a Swarovski Button.

Competition Time!

I don't often do competitions, but every now and then I have an urge to run one. My reason for wanting to run one was because as you know in my earlier post today (I know two posts in one day...shocking!) that I've recently made a batch of very pretty needlecases. Whilst making those nine I made another one, and what you see below is the fella in question. It has a very special button on it one that I purchased whilst I was in New York quite a few years back.

So would you like to be the owner of this little guy?

For a chance to win, leave a comment below, you have until Sunday, 13th June to do so!
I will select a winner at random on Monday. How exciting!

GOOD LUCK

Please note I won't be giving away my super sharp scissors or my fave thimble as shown in the image. As I sort of need them to make things.

Rather behind...

On the old blog updates, had to read back the last few to see what I have mentioned and what I haven't. Part from saying evidently there was no part 2 to the last blog post. Bit of an epic fail on my part. Anyho, my knee is doing fine, walking much better on it but it's still a bit stiff, and I have the joys of returning to work on Sunday, which will be a lovely end to the week....

I have been making lots, and I have also been distracted lots, the distractions;

+ Tumblr. as of this morning

What I have been making;

+ Lavender Sachet T-Bags
+ Coasters
+ Finishing up baby quilt
+ Mini Button Needlecases

Most of what I have made I haven't actually taken any photo's off I am slacking on that side of things, but I will show you something I am rather in love with, it's my own work...I know so modest.

Isn't that just the most cheerful thing you've seen? They are all being listed on my Etsy store, and are going for $4.50 each excluding p&p. There is one that isn't in this picture that I will be blogging about later on (promise!).

Hope your enjoying the weather...well if its lousy that you are at least wrapped up warm and are dry!
